I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.” -Marilyn Monroe

This is very cute! And even written by a guy!
You might agree with it, but when it actually happens 99 of girls don’t
realize it ‘til it is too late and that guy who did it is so frustrated that
he has moved on to someone who will take notice. From a guys point of view:
We don’t care if…

Some people might think this is … odd, coming from a big Jonas Brothers fan, but …
I kinda like Nick Jonas … solo than with his brothers :|
Call me crazy or whatever you want, but .. that’s how I’ve felt from when I saw Nick go on stage in Texas at the House of Blues. He looks so relaxed; he’s the center-stage guy now, he’s got all the light on him. He seems so excited about it too; he’s writing songs about his own personal experiences, not about Joe’s or Kevin’s. He works with himself and he’s in his own world.
You can tell he’s got more emotion on stage in his songs, because now .. his songs are more mature. I mean, don’t get me wrong, the Jonas Brothers are evolving too - & I love that. But with the Jonas Brothers, they’re evolving from stepping away from “pop” & going into “pop-rock” & stuff. Nick is taking his evolution to the next level; he’s writing songs like Rose Garden, a story about a girl who was born out a beautiful mistake, working at age 9, who’s father was never in her life. And he’s writing songs like State of Emergency, with lyrics like: “She’s seductive, She does it well. She’ll charge you by the hour, for a trip straight down to hell.”
For being just seventeen (& he wrote most of these songs when he was still 16, I’m assuming) the lyrics are all pretty deep and they’re moving; I got inspired by Who I Am, and that was my inspiration for my story `hope, lol.
All I’m saying is .. Nick is maturing outside of the Jonas Brothers. I think it’ll do them a favor with their own music; maybe they’ll all realize they’re not cut out for Disney. I mean, hell, Kevin is already married; the guy is gonna be popping out little Jonases soon with Danielle. And Joe … damn, the guy doesn’t look like a Disney cookie-cutter popstar ;) He’s a sexy man, who even wants to do big movies.
So yeah …
Just had to get that off my chest x]
